HOUSE RULES

We have put together these Rules to ensure that you have a good stay with us

  1. Please make sure you lock your room door when going out or when you go to bed. The Resort cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings. For your convenience Safety lockers are available at the Reception to ensure the safety of your valuables.
  2. You are requested to handle all hotel property with care. Any damage caused to the hotel property either by you or your visitors or friends or any other persons connected with you shall have to compensate for it.
  3. Any room linen (bed sheets &Towels) if damaged by the guest with Massage oil stains or Henna stains/Tatoo stain or any other unremoveable stain than the guest would be charged for the damaged caused.
  4. In case there is a fire alarm in the premises you are requested to be gathered at the swimming pool area. Until all the fire measures have been taken.
  5. We would be most grateful if you could kindly check and settle your bill previous day before checkout.
  6. Please ensure that you have emptied your safety Lockers and return the key to Reception.
  7. If you are leaving early please let us know the evening before if required, we will arrange a wakeup call and a taxi for you.
  8. Kindly note that your check out time is 10:00 am on your departure day. Your timely check out is essential in allowing our housekeeping to make up the room for the next arrivals. If the guest fail to check out than additional night charges will be applicable .We look for your kind consideration in this regard.
  9. If the guest fail to check out on the day of the departure without informing the resort, wherein he remains out of the resort whole day with the luggage kept in the room, resort reserves the right to catalogue the guests possession and to store them in a safe place so that the room can be used by the guest to whom it has been reserved.
  10. Should you require the room for day use an additional charge is applicable. Please check with Reception.
  11. In case of late departure from the resort owing to flight/train timing, please request our bell-boy to shift your luggage to a safe place. Our Reception Staff will be happy to assist and guide you further.
  12. Please do not forget to hand over your room key to the Reception.
